Questions about shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to process and ship, then the full estimated delivery window for receipt. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to Canada and limited products to US.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email from support@babylum.com with your tracking numbers
I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?
Please email us at support@babylum.com with your tracking number. Alternative you can reply to the product shipped email we sent out to you.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please email to us with your order ID within 1 working day. If you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully.
Questions about Returns
Can I return my order for a refund?
Sadly, we know that sometimes our product is just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your purchased product to us for a full refund.
Please email us at support@babylum.com and our customer care team will follow up your refund.
Can I exchange my order for a different product?
Unfortunately we don't offer exchange due to personal hygiene especially in this covid-19 pandemic. Thank you for your understanding.
